This town-centre property with over 95 bedrooms had just invested significantly to convert a small, under-performing part of its vast Food & Beverage and Function Space in to additional bedrooms and approached MavREV to oversee their desired transition to becoming an accommodation-led property.
MavREV completed a thorough benchmarking exercise to redefine the competitive landscape of the property, adjusted their pricing strategy to incorporate their new inventory and automated their distribution of all availability and prices through their Property Management System (PMS), Revenue Management System (RMS) & Channel Manager to all distribution channels.
MavREV also reconfigured and subsequently managed the PMS, RMS & Channel Manager to optimise prices based upon both market and property conditions, which increased its Average Daily Rate (ADR) by 10% and grew Accommodation Revenue by £334k.
