This small independent inn had just acquired an adjacent property and set about converting this in to five luxurious bedrooms and enlisted the support of MavREV to recategorise their entire inventory, source a new, suitable Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager & Booking Engine that offered a greater number of integrations and to optimise their Accommodation Revenue.
MavREV recategorised their inventory, sourced and implemented a new, appropriate PMS, Channel Manager & Booking Engine offering the requisite integrations and subsequently managed each of these systems in such a way that a more desirable segmentation was acquired, with newly attracted higher-spending guests choosing to stay at the property to experience its new bedrooms.
The Average Daily Rate (ADR) at the inn has since grown by 17% and over the course of the year, Accommodation Revenue grew by £81k.
